Introduction
Delicious granola to add to anything or simply eat by itself.


Steps
Step One: Heat oven to 350 degrees
Step Two: Mix oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a large bowl
Step Three: Melt coconut oil, syrup in microwave (15seconds)
Step Four: Add vanilla extract to melted coconut oil & syrup
Step Five: Mix liquid with oats. Stir until completely mixed in. It will not seem like its a lot of liquid.
Step Six: Place oats onto a baking sheet with parchment paper
How to make
Cook on 350 for 20 mins - Stirring at 10minute mark
Remove from oven. Add coconut flakes (as desired)
Place back in oven for 5mins or until coconut flakes are golden.
Remove and place on a cooling rack.
We add dark chocolate morsels to the mixture for extra boost.

4 cups Old Fashioned Oats (rolled oats)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
